Mission

Harnessing the essence of nature to craft top-tier premium tea, to craft a symphony of flavors in every cup

Production Process

(1) Plucking Tea Leaves

The tea-making process begins with the careful plucking of young tea leaves from the top of the tea bushes. Only the tender leaves and buds are selected to ensure the highest quality of tea.

(2) Withering Tea Leaves

After plucking, the tea leaves are spread out to wither, reducing their moisture content. This process makes the leaves pliable and prepares them for the next stages of production.

(3) Rolling Leaves

The withered tea leaves are then rolled by hand in smoothly until forming chemical reaction in leaves . Rolling helps to break the cell walls, releasing essential flavors, which are crucial for the tea's aroma and taste and its help to protect high contents of polyphenols (TPP) in our productions.

(4) Fermentation

During fermentation, the rolled leaves are allowed to oxidize, developing their flavor, color, and strength. The level of fermentation determines the type of tea produced, such as black, oolong, or green tea.

(5) Drying

Finally, the fermented tea leaves are dried to halt the oxidation process and preserve the tea. Drying can be done through various methods, including air drying, sun drying, or using ovens. This step ensures the tea is ready for packaging and consumption.
